Senior IFA Administrator – Cheltenham

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to join our client’s growing team in Cheltenham. This full‑time permanent position supports independent financial advisers, ensuring clients receive a high level of ongoing service. You will work in a fast‑paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Process applications using various provider platforms
• Maintain and update the database with policy information
• Correspond with providers across the market for investment, pension, protection and mortgage products
• Issue documents to clients and produce client reports
• Draft suitability reports for advisers
• Ensure records are up‑to‑date and compliant
• Handle incoming queries and make outgoing calls to providers and clients

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar IFA support role
• Excellent administration abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good time‑management skills
