Senior Internal Auditor – Internal Audit Team

About the role

The Internal Audit team at Ralph Lauren is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join the EMEA audit function. You will rotate across business units, performing operational audits, strategic partner reviews, and control testing while supporting the company’s SOX 404 compliance program.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document walkthroughs and tests of controls for the SOX 404 program.
• Train and supervise management testers, monitor fieldwork progress, review work papers and report results.
• Collaborate with process owners to reinforce strong internal controls and address gaps.
• Design and conduct risk‑based audits from start to finish, delivering actionable recommendations and management action plans.
• Interview business partners, perform audit tests, and assess the risk and impact of identified deficiencies.
• Prepare concise audit reports with insights and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in internal audit, preferably within a global consumer‑goods or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404 compliance and control testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and coach audit teams and management testers.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to learn across multiple business functions and support career development.
