Senior Investment Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join a successful independent financial adviser (IFA) business with an established wealth arm. The role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, the fund universe, tax wrappers, platforms and providers, and the ability to convey this knowledge both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Investment Analyst team and the Chief Investment Officer to ensure efficient business administration and accurate record keeping.
• Conduct fund research to enhance and maintain model portfolios.
• Manage administration and investment activities across investment platforms and the company website.
• Perform monthly performance calculations for model portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investment analysis within a financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, fund products and tax‑efficient investment structures.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information to internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and support team objectives.

• Base salary up to £60,000 per year, plus benefits and performance‑related bonus.
