Senior IoT Roaming and Wholesale Negotiator

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Senior IoT Roaming and Wholesale Negotiator to lead commercial negotiations for IoT roaming and local IMSI solutions across multiple regions. You will work closely with Vodafone Roaming Services, GSMA and external mobile operators to maintain a world‑class roaming cost base and expand the IoT network footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IoT commercial negotiations for local and regional access, supporting VRS negotiations with roaming partners.
• Drive cost improvements on the roaming footprint, managing a portfolio of >€70 m per annum.
• Collaborate with mobile operators outside Vodafone’s footprint to build a global IoT network.
• Collect and prepare roaming data for customer bids, P&L documents and service offers across multiple countries.
• Negotiate with third‑party partners to reduce cost per GB and optimise existing customer solutions.
• Lead discussions with JV partners, GSMA and OpCo’s regarding global IoT IMSIs and roaming.
• Ensure timely and accurate provision of roaming information to the IoT commercial team.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of negotiation experience in roaming or commercial functions within telecommunications or IT.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen to drive profitable services.
• Strategic thinking and proven ability to operate in a diverse international environment.
• Excellent senior‑level stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant commercial education.
