Senior IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join InfoTrack’s UK IT team. You will own complex technical issues, support and evolve our Microsoft‑centric technology estate, and help drive security and process improvements in a fast‑growing technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead escalations and resolve complex technical issues across the IT estate.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune and core business systems.
• Maintain and improve ISO 27001‑aligned processes, including access control, incident, asset and change management.
• Manage Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Support endpoint deployment, security hardening and infrastructure optimisation.
• Act as senior escalation point and mentor for IT support teams.
• Develop documentation, improve processes and ensure SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID identity management.
• Hands‑on experience with Intune policies, device configuration and endpoint compliance.
• Broad understanding of Microsoft infrastructure, endpoints, OS, application deployment, networks and SaaS platforms.
• Experience working in an ISO 27001‑controlled environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and knowledge‑sharing abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
