Senior Lead Analyst – Franchise Marketing

About the role

The Franchise Marketing Senior Lead Analyst will drive client‑focused marketing initiatives for Citi in the UK. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine market insight with strategic execution to support revenue growth and pipeline development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target clients for marketing campaigns using pipeline and revenue analysis.
• Build and maintain a dynamic client list based on revenue, opportunity size and event relevance.
• Adapt global messaging into region‑specific event materials in partnership with product and sales experts.
• Lead client‑facing initiatives such as webinars, roundtables, forums and industry events.
• Plan and execute engagement activities, including pre‑event analysis, agenda creation, invitation campaigns and registration tracking via CRM.
• Manage vendors and coordinate with GEM teams to deliver event logistics.
• Oversee digital tools that enable sales enablement and client engagement during virtual and hybrid events.

Required profile

• Strategic professional with a strong grasp of current marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering measurable business results and providing authoritative advice.
• Proven ability to manage resources, allocate work and handle staff management issues.
