Senior / Lead Bid Coordinator

About the role

proAV Ltd, a global audio‑visual integrator, is seeking a Senior/Lead Bid Coordinator to join its Egham team. You will work closely with the Bid Manager to drive high‑quality, compliant proposals from qualification through to submission, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end bid process, creating timelines, compliance checklists and action plans.
• Track progress of inputs, flag risks or delays, and maintain accountability across the bid team.
• Support and guide other bid team members, balancing workloads and concurrent deadlines.
• Draft, edit and refine proposal content to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with client specifications.
• Conduct compliance and quality checks, escalating issues to the Bid Manager.
• Coordinate with sales, service, technical experts and other contributors to gather required information.
• Maintain the centralised content library, templates and document control.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase bid efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating bids, proposals or tender submissions.
• Proactive, solution‑focused attitude with strong organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
