Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial-UK

About the role

XBOW is building an AI‑powered offensive security platform and seeks a senior legal professional to own commercial legal work, support deal execution and advise on AI‑related issues as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations and draft enterprise agreements, SaaS licences, partnership contracts and data processing agreements.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to shape deal structures, negotiation strategies and manage escalations.
• Advise product, engineering and security teams on AI‑related commercial issues, data use, model training restrictions and intellectual property.
• Define contractual terms for offensive security testing, scope, acceptable use and handling of vulnerability findings.
• Develop templates, playbooks and approval workflows to improve contract turnaround and consistency.

Required profile

• 7+ years of commercial legal experience, including in‑house work at a technology company.
• Prior experience in a startup environment and advising on AI products or services.
• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise negotiations independently and manage competing priorities.
