Senior Legal Counsel – Tech Services

About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join our Tech Services team in London. You will act as the primary legal advisor for our operations across the UK, EMEA and Australia, covering virtual advertising, LED sales, media rights and acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support for Tech Services, drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and technology agreements.
• Lead the management of the group’s IP portfolio (patents, trademarks, copyright) and serve as the global legal lead for AI governance.
• Advise on data privacy, GDPR compliance, information‑security matters and support audits, DPIAs and incident response.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations and Engineering teams to balance legal risk with business delivery.
• Support procurement contracts, corporate transactions, entity management and governance initiatives.
• Drive legal‑process improvements, develop templates, deliver training and manage external counsel.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with several years of experience in commercial, technology and IP law.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑paced, international environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Excellent drafting, judgment and communication skills.
