Senior Legal PA – Up to £55k – Hybrid (3:2)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal PA who thrives on perfecting documents. In this hybrid position (3 days office, 2 days remote) you will support a team of highly regarded lawyers, ensuring every piece of legal paperwork is polished, accurate and client‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Produce complex legal documentation to the highest standard.
• Format, amend and proofread contracts, briefs and client letters.
• Maintain consistent numbering, styles and layout across all documents.
• Collaborate with lawyers to understand document requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure all outgoing material meets the firm’s quality and branding guidelines.

Required profile

• Current experience as a Legal PA or similar role.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for flawless document production.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a busy legal team.
