Senior Lettings Negotiator – Harlow

About the role

Leaders, part of LRG, is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join its award‑winning team in Harlow. You will help grow the property register, win new instructions and support the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit while delivering a first‑class experience to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants.
• Book and conduct property viewings and negotiations with prospective tenants.
• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving branch targets and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Contribute to a highly motivated, target‑driven team environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a lettings negotiator, preferably at a senior level.
• Ability to lead, motivate and work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and client‑service skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.

• Competitive salary up to £34,000 OTE.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:45 am‑5:30 pm, with one Saturday every two weeks (9 am‑1 pm).
