Senior Lettings Negotiator – Property Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Croydon branch. You will build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants, generate new business and help drive the team’s success in a fast‑moving property environment.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings tailored to their needs.
• Negotiate offers and secure new tenancies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assess and value properties for the rental market.
• Market properties using a range of channels.
• Generate new and repeat business through canvassing, door‑knocking and leaflet distribution.
• Ensure properties comply with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong telephone manner and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of residential lettings legislation (preferred).
• Legal right to work in the UK and ability to provide proof of address and National Insurance number.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (basic proficiency).
