Senior Machine Learning Engineer – AI Platform

About the role

Join the AI Platform team at LexisNexis Intellectual Property Solutions to design and deliver AI capabilities that power flagship analytics products. You will work on modern, cloud‑native infrastructure, turning emerging AI technologies into practical, customer‑facing features.

Key responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and prototype emerging AI technologies for integration into products.
• Design and build agentic AI systems and AI‑powered capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks for AI quality, safety and performance evaluation.
• Implement scalable, high‑performance, cost‑efficient services on AWS.
• Mentor junior developers and champion test‑driven development with pytest.

Required profile

• Strong experience with modern Python codebases and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and delivery processes.
• Hands‑on experience with generative and agentic AI systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
