Senior Management Accountant – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We Do Group is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join its fast‑growing, private‑equity backed medical services business in London. The role is hybrid and offers a competitive salary of £65‑£72k plus benefits, providing a unique opportunity to influence financial performance across a national network of clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly management accounts process for a portfolio of clinics, preparing consolidated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reports.
• Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior‑year results and support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning.
• Produce board and investor reporting packs, highlighting key operational and financial KPIs.
• Partner with regional leaders to drive profitability, monitor investment cases and synergy targets.
• Assist with financial due diligence, integration of newly acquired clinics and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Improve reporting processes, controls and systems to enable scalable growth.
• Support year‑end audit, statutory reporting and mentor junior finance team members.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience, preferably in a multi‑site, PE‑backed environment.
• Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Available to start within one month.
