Senior Manager – Head Office Reporting (Finance Transformation)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded finance leader to join a high‑performing, international FTSE 100 business. In this newly created senior manager role you will sit at the heart of a major finance transformation programme, reporting directly to the executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign Head Office finance processes and embed best‑in‑class financial planning, reporting and governance.
• Lead the implementation of a new ERP system across the corporate cost base.
• Provide strategic financial insight, improve cost transparency and strengthen controls.
• Partner with senior functional leaders to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Manage and develop a small finance team, driving standardisation and automation.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with strong technical finance expertise.
• Proven track record of finance transformation and systems implementation.
• Excellent FP&A and cost‑management experience.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear commercial insight.
• Demonstrated credibility influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong communication skills.
