Senior Manager – Retail Store

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a high‑performing store team in the United Kingdom. In this role you will create a positive customer experience, drive business performance, and support the Store Leader with strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of managers and associates, fostering growth and achieving performance goals.
• Participate in floor leadership, interacting with customers and team members to model best practices.
• Recruit, train, retain, and develop a diverse, high‑performing workforce.
• Address customer and employee escalations, partnering with leadership and People partners as needed.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets and business priorities.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Promote an inclusive environment, demonstrating Apple’s values of diversity and respect.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays, in line with local laws.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); sign language support is mentioned.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
