Senior Manager, Strategic Customer Collaboration

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead strategic customer collaboration for a leading aerospace and industrial technology provider. Reporting to the Sales Director and General Manager for Europe, you will act as the primary liaison with large OEM commercial customers, driving early technical engagement and influencing long‑term product road‑maps.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key decision‑makers, engineering leaders and program managers across major OEMs.
• Create and manage a Technology Interchange framework to share emerging technology insights and industry trends.
• Identify and participate in early‑stage trade studies and technology evaluations before RFPs are issued.
• Collaborate with Marketing to monitor customer technology road‑maps and funding priorities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within Engineering, Product Management and Sales to ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Lead technical workshops, webinars and collaborative sessions to explore future solutions.
• Contribute to proposal development, ensuring key performance criteria are addressed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic customer management or business development within the aerospace or high‑tech industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of aircraft engine lifecycle, airframe control systems and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to travel regularly across Europe and work remotely.
