Senior Marketing and Engagement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially focused marketing leader to own the *shopt marketing strategy, driving retailer acquisition, engagement, retention and commercial growth. You will shape the future of CPM’s retailer engagement platform while working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the *shopt marketing, engagement and communications strategy.
• Drive retailer acquisition, engagement, retention and commercial growth.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Use data, insight and customer feedback to improve campaigns and performance.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, performance targets and external partners.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a senior marketing, growth, engagement or commercial marketing role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and ROI.
• Experience building client relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work autonomously.
