Senior Marketing Assistant – Tech Team (12‑month FTC)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Assistant to join the Digital and Marketing Technology team at our Belfast office. The role supports internal stakeholders across a range of marketing technology platforms, ensuring smooth operation of our digital channels and business development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day tasks and requests from internal teams related to marketing technology systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for platforms such as Dynamics CRM, EPiC, Vuture, Sitecore and AOhub.
• Provide ad‑hoc training and guidance to users, promoting best‑practice usage.
• Monitor shared mailboxes, respond to queries promptly, and maintain system documentation.
• Step in for workflow coordinators when needed and support BAU processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing technology or digital marketing support role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Flexibility to work varied shift patterns as outlined.
