Senior Marketing Associate – Demand Generation

About the role

Moody's is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to lead multi‑channel demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, and external partners to design, execute, and optimise campaigns across email, digital advertising, social media, webinars, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage multi‑channel demand generation campaigns aligned with business and sales priorities.
• Configure and launch campaigns in marketing automation platforms, handling audience segmentation, personalization, workflows, and scheduling.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews of campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, recommending optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to maximise lead generation effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience executing multi‑channel demand generation campaigns delivering measurable lead, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp or similar).
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead nurturing, and customer journey execution using data‑driven approaches.
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience ensuring regulatory compliance of campaign assets.
