Senior Merchandiser – Global Fashion Brand

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing global fashion brand that puts the customer at the centre of everything. This brand‑new senior merchandiser position will be pivotal in shaping stock planning, profitability and the overall trading rhythm across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and embed planning frameworks that keep pace with rapid business growth.
• Manage stock efficiently across several markets, eliminating guesswork and reducing miss‑sales.
• Drive sales and margin through rigorous analysis and decisive action.
• Own the trading rhythm – WSSI, OTB, forecasting, replenishment and related processes.
• Partner closely with Product, Design and Finance to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership in a flat, fast‑moving structure.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser.
• Experience within a fashion or lifestyle brand, with an understanding of product cadence.
• Strong analytical mindset paired with commercial instinct.
• Comfortable thriving in high‑growth, dynamic environments.
• Passion for building processes rather than inheriting static systems.
