Senior Paraplanner – Independent Financial Advice

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join a rapidly growing independent financial advice business. You will work closely with advisers and senior leadership to deliver high‑quality, compliant financial planning support for complex, high‑value client cases.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake detailed research, analysis and formulation of financial advice recommendations.
• Prepare accurate, compliant suitability reports and advice letters.
• Provide technical support across investments, pensions, inheritance tax planning, tax‑efficient investments, trusts and protection.
• Collaborate with advisers, administrators, compliance teams and fellow paraplanners to ensure excellent client outcomes.
• Prepare cash‑flow forecasts and assist with complex financial planning cases.
• Deliver technical research and guidance to advisers and management teams.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of paraplanning processes, procedures and best practice.

Required profile

• Experienced and technically strong paraplanner.
• Proven ability to support advisers with detailed research and advice preparation.
• Motivation to pursue professional development and advanced qualifications, including Chartered status.
• Commitment to delivering compliant, client‑focused financial advice.
