About the role
AVeVA is seeking a Senior Presales Enablement Manager to lead global enablement initiatives for its presales teams. Based in London and working in a hybrid model, you will act as the bridge between field presales groups and the central enablement function, ensuring teams have the tools, training, and support needed to meet their targets.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with regional presales leaders to design and tailor enablement programs that address local challenges.
- Oversee delivery of onboarding, training workshops, and virtual sessions, maintaining consistency and quality across all regions.
- Serve as the primary “voice of the field,” gathering feedback to refine global enablement strategies.
- Manage shared services initiatives such as newsletters, events, and strategic projects that span multiple CX stakeholder groups.
- Provide coaching to presales and executive management to drive adoption of enablement initiatives.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in presales enablement, including content creation, learning delivery, coaching, and demand generation.
- Proven track record of working directly with presales and commercial teams in a field‑based role.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and business models.
- Demonstrated project ownership from inception to completion, including status reporting.
