Senior Procurement Manager – Marketing Category

About the role

We are seeking a Global Senior Procurement Manager to lead the Marketing category for a leading retail organization. Reporting to the Global Head of Indirect Procurement, you will shape strategic sourcing and drive value across a diverse portfolio of marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for the Marketing category.
• Lead end‑to‑end procurement processes, including tenders, negotiations, contract management and spend analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee marketing spend, supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of procurement, category management and strategic sourcing.
• Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment with excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Experience managing sub‑categories such as creative agencies, advertising, trade marketing, POS, brand strategy, digital media, PR and market research.
• Degree or MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
