Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join a well‑established social team within a leading PR & Social agency. You will work closely with the PR department to align social output with broader agency campaigns and help shape bold, strategic ideas for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content ideas, contributing to content creation when needed.
• Build and maintain content calendars, ensuring deadlines are met across the team.
• Interact with clients on an ad‑hoc basis to report on campaign performance.
• Participate in new‑business pitches and contribute to the ideation phase of projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends relevant to assigned clients.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media, primarily within an agency environment.
• Proven track record managing organic campaigns across major platforms.
• Experience creating content calendars and writing copy for social channels.
• Ready to step into a more strategic role, mentoring junior staff and leading client communications.
