Senior Product Designer – Digital CX

About the role

Join Sky’s Digital Customer Experience team as a Senior Product Designer and shape world‑class, evidence‑based experiences for millions of customers across web and native platforms. You will work within the Customer Experience Centre of Excellence, supporting CX strategy and design excellence for the UK & Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver intuitive, accessible digital journeys that align with brand standards and business goals.
• Provide design vision, use research insights and data to champion the customer voice.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, analysts and engineers to ensure solutions meet user, technical and KPI requirements.
• Run workshops, create user journey maps and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity.
• Support delivery with a focus on accessibility, CX KPIs and scalable design systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality, accessible, large‑scale digital products across responsive web and native applications.
• Advanced Figma expertise, including prototyping with tokens and variables, and contribution to component libraries.
• Experience conducting usability testing using lab or online platforms.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics to track and interpret success metrics.
• Strong storytelling ability, adaptability and a growth mindset in fast‑paced environments.
