Senior Product Designer

About the role

Raft is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape and own key flows of its AI‑driven logistics platform. You will work on a product that powers global supply chains, turning complex data and workflows into intuitive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product area and design critical flows in Raft’s logistics platform.
• Drive the full end‑to‑end design process, from user research and journey mapping to wireframes, high‑fidelity UI and handoff.
• Translate real user insights into tangible outcomes, leveraging direct access to end users.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, customer‑success and external client teams.
• Advocate for users, clarify complex workflows, and help shape the design culture through mentorship and collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing B2B SaaS platforms with complex workflows or enterprise users.
• Proven ability to work end‑to‑end, from research through to polished UI.
• Comfort with ambiguity, shaping problems and identifying opportunities without detailed specs.
• Clear and confident communication, especially when working with engineers and stakeholders.
• Self‑starter attitude, taking initiative and owning work.
