Main Missions

• Lead, coach, and mentor software engineers across all levels, including Principal and Lead Engineers.
• Collaborate closely with another Engineering Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of products and new features.
• Provide strategic direction and technical alignment to ensure engineering efforts meet business objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and professional growth within the engineering team.
• Drive product roadmap execution through effective resource management and technical leadership.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in engineering management or technical leadership roles.
• Strong ability to coach high-level individual contributors (Principal/Lead engineers).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical strategy with business goals.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of working in a partnership with other managers.
• Demonstrated track record of successful product delivery in a fast-paced environment.
