Senior Product Manager – Lead Product Vision & Strategy

About the role

Our client in Erith is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision, strategy and roadmap. You will lead the full product lifecycle, drive commercial growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience while working on‑site Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and long‑term roadmap aligned with commercial goals.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to guide product innovation and differentiation.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, KPIs and success metrics.
• Lead portfolio strategy, including product rationalisation, lifecycle management and growth initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to deliver impactful initiatives.
• Use data‑driven insights to optimise product performance, pricing and assortment decisions.
• Ensure product compliance with relevant standards, regulations and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Significant experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful portfolios.
• Proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and managing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing senior‑level cross‑functional projects.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
