Senior Project Management Specialist – Project Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Management Specialist to lead planning and execution of large subsea and rental capex projects in the oil and gas sector. You will ensure schedule quality, on‑time delivery, and alignment of investment demand with existing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, report, and monitor SP & S Rental capex investments from equipment list to asset capitalization.
• Serve as the focal point for capex reporting, cost verification, and tooling demand schedules.
• Align future capex demand with existing assets to minimise investment requirements.
• Lead tender‑phase cost modelling, procurement, and delivery of new assets.
• Guide regional capex and tooling planning activities and produce utilization and spend metrics.
• Monitor project wins, verify tooling availability, and drive cost‑out improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing test equipment teams to optimise asset usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Proven planning experience in oil & gas, subsea, or large‑scale mechanical manufacturing.
• Strong ability to interpret project status, assess risks, and drive corrective actions.
• High energy, motivation, and leadership skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
