Senior Project Manager – Engineering & Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑profile engineering and construction projects across the UK and internationally. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through to completion, ensuring programme, budget, quality and contractual targets are met.
• Coordinate project teams, suppliers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Act as the primary client contact, handling communication, reporting, risk and change control.
• Monitor schedules, costs and performance, proactively resolving issues.
• Support continuous improvement, team development and a strong safety culture.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline; project management qualifications preferred.
• Proven experience delivering engineering, construction or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
