Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Bath‑based team on site, with some flexibility for hybrid work. You will lead end‑to‑end project execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑mix, low‑volume skincare and spa products on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Source materials, liaise with clients and suppliers, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Drive process improvements and operational optimisation across the organisation.
• Lead and mentor members of the project team.
• Oversee expediting and inspection activities to keep deliverables on track.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or related sectors.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the skincare, spa or related industries is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not essential.
