Senior Project Manager

About the role

A leading property and construction consultancy is expanding its Manchester team and seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager. You will own a diverse portfolio of commercial real‑estate projects, working closely with senior leadership to deliver complex developments across the North West.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, budget and quality.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare programmes, reports, procurement strategies and tender documentation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor performance and provide regular updates to clients.
• Support business development and nurture existing client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the Manchester office.

Required profile

• Degree in construction, property, engineering or project management.
• Proven consultancy or client‑side experience delivering new‑build, refurbishment, fit‑out and redevelopment projects.
• Knowledge of commercial, industrial, residential or mixed‑use sectors.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, APM) or working towards chartered status.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence.
