Senior Protection Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Protection Advisor to join Dynamo in Camberley. In this client‑facing position you will help individuals make informed decisions about their financial protection needs, delivering tailored advice from initial enquiry through to policy implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulated protection advice tailored to each customer's circumstances.
• Recommend suitable life, critical illness and income protection solutions.
• Manage cases from enquiry to completion, ensuring accurate records and FCA compliance.
• Conduct fact‑finds and assess clients' protection requirements.
• Research products across a panel of leading insurers.
• Build strong relationships with clients, lenders and providers.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales and quality targets.

Required profile

• Experience within protection or related financial advisory services.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Consultative approach with a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with drive to achieve individual and team targets.
