Senior Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy & Finance

About the role

Hays Birmingham is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its Accountancy & Finance division. You will work on a high‑value permanent desk, helping clients across audit, trainee and semi‑senior finance positions and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Run a 360 recruitment desk, managing both client and candidate relationships.
• Provide specialist advice to finance professionals on career opportunities.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the desk.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Maintain market intelligence and stay ahead of industry trends.
