About the role

Hays is looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its busy Construction & Property team in Sunderland. You will work within a supportive global network, using industry‑leading training and technology to build and manage your own 360 desk.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of construction and property recruitment assignments.
• Provide specialist advice to both candidates and client organisations.
• Collaborate with the management team on new initiatives and projects.
• Drive revenue through proactive business development and strong relationship building.

Required profile

• Proven track record of billing success in a 360 recruitment environment, or strong desire to thrive in a fast‑paced sales culture.
• People‑focused with a sales‑driven mentality.
• Confident network builder with excellent relationship skills.
