Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive to join a well‑established facilities management business in Blackpool. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will generate new business, nurture client relationships and guide prospects through the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new commercial opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, qualifying leads and arranging appointments.
• Attend office‑based and face‑to‑face meetings with prospects and existing clients.
• Support the preparation of quotations, pricing proposals and service agreements.
• Follow up proposals, maintain regular communication and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule engineers and maintenance works after contract award.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and complete all related sales administration.
