Senior Sales Negotiator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join the Gascoigne‑Pees residential sales team in Horsham. As part of Connells Group, you will work in a leading UK property services business, helping customers buy and sell homes while developing your own career.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations and schedule viewings.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers, agree sales terms and progress transactions through exchange and completion.
• Maximise appointment opportunities for the branch and collaborate with mortgage advisors.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in estate agency or a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and resilience.
• Organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good verbal and written communication.
