Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions for clients, with a focus on the education sector.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead technical workshops and provide guidance to junior consultants.
• Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, risks, and quality standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce releases and best practices, recommending innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce consultant, preferably with several years in senior or lead roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and cloud‑based solution delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
