About the role

We are looking for a senior SEO manager to lead the search engine optimisation strategy for a fast‑growing tech product company. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product and acquisition, driving organic growth across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end SEO roadmap for several digital products used by millions.
• Lead technical SEO projects covering crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals and international SEO.
• Partner closely with engineers and product teams to implement data‑driven improvements.
• Analyse large datasets to identify growth opportunities and measure impact.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to a low‑ego, high‑calibre team.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling organic performance in a tech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to solve complex problems.
• Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, product and marketing.
