Senior Site Agent - Major Infrastructure Project

About the Role

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure project delivery meets technical specifications and timelines.
• Manage onsite resources, subcontractors, and workforce to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
• Ensure all civil engineering works, including reinforced concrete, earthworks, and drainage, are executed to the highest quality.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and manage site logistics effectively.
• Monitor site progress and report against project milestones and NEC contract requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as a Site Agent working for a Tier 1 main contractor within the civil engineering sector.
• Extensive experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects (RC structures, earthworks, drainage, or roadworks).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large-scale site operations.
• Must hold valid SMSTS and CSCS (Management) certifications.
• Eligible for UK security clearance.
