Senior Social Media Manager

About the role
VML is looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead social operations for a leading global brand. You will act as the trusted social guardian, coordinating the VML social team and the client to deliver high‑impact social activations.
Key responsibilities
- Client Leadership – partner with the account lead to guide the client through all aspects of social activation and uncover new opportunities.
- Collaboration – build strong relationships across the social team and wider VML functions, including strategy, data, creative and client engagement.
- Content Coordination – manage a multi‑source content pipeline (UGC, influencers, brand assets) and align it with strategic objectives.
- Presentation Skills – deliver clear, concise presentations to senior clients and internal teams covering proposals, status updates and performance reporting.
Required profile
- Passionate about social media at scale.
- Ability to manage a complex content calendar.
- Exceptional communication skills.
