Senior Solicitor (Residential Conveyancing) – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor or Legal Executive to lead our residential conveyancing practice. You will own a full caseload from instruction to completion, delivering high‑quality service to clients and referrers while working in a supportive hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse residential conveyancing portfolio, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle new‑build transactions, Help to Buy and shared‑ownership deals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, referrers and other stakeholders throughout each transaction.
• Oversee file management and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and contribute to business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, team‑focused attitude.
• Experience with lease extensions, deeds of variation, equity release or small development work is advantageous.
