Senior Strategist - 3 Month Fixed Term

About the role

LADbible Group is looking for a Senior Strategist to shape the thinking behind its commercial work for brand partners within the 360 team, a 150-strong commercial unit that partners with major brands such as Google, Nike, Disney and Tesco. The role sits in the Strategy department in London, on a hybrid basis, and is advertised as a 3-month fixed-term position.

Key responsibilities

• Shape pitch narratives and decks that win new business and grow key partnerships
• Respond to a high volume of agency briefs at pace, with a quick, sharp and light-touch approach
• Work with commercial leads on key clients to build bigger, smarter, longer-term partnerships
• Partner with creatives to guide ideation and turn ideas into clear, compelling client-facing stories
• Partner with the Data, Intelligence and Planning team to develop insights that drive strategy and effectiveness
• Find smarter ways of working, including using AI tools to speed up processes

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative strategy, ideally from a social publisher, media company, social agency or consultancy
• Track record of developing winning strategies and narratives across a range of clients and categories
• Experience handling high-volume briefs as well as longer-term client partnerships
• Natural storyteller able to turn a brief, conversation or set of insights into a clear pitch narrative
• Confident using data and audience insights to sharpen strategy
• Social-first mindset, understanding all platforms and confident in what leads to top-class social ideas
• Structured, commercially minded thinking that links client business goals to the proposed idea

Required skills

• Excellent deck-building (Google Slides, Keynote) and presentation skills
• Nice to have: experience using AI tools to speed up the pitch process, experience with research and media data, and experience mentoring or managing others
