Senior Strategy Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join a top‑tier global strategy consultancy on a high‑profile financial services engagement. The role is short‑term (7‑12 weeks) and will support a senior project lead in delivering a publishable industry report and actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured market, commercial and operational analysis to inform strategic and implementation decisions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with financial institutions, regulators, market infrastructure providers and industry bodies, synthesising inputs into clear themes.
• Produce high‑quality written outputs, including analysis, recommendations and narrative‑ready sections for a published report, together with supporting slides and appendices.

Required profile

• Background in MBB or Tier 1 strategy consulting.
• 10+ due‑diligence engagements (CDD and/or VDD).
• Strong experience in financial services, preferably capital markets; digital‑assets exposure is a plus.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, run market studies and synthesise complex topics into client‑ready outputs.
