Senior Support Worker – Rehabilitation (Days)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our ABI residential service at Knot House in Ellesmere Port. You will help residents with acquired brain injuries gain independence while supporting the manager with day‑to‑day service supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred support to residents during day shifts (7:30 am‑3:00 pm or 2:30 pm‑10:00 pm).
• Assist the manager with staff scheduling, training bookings and induction of new colleagues.
• Oversee medication ordering, financial management support and supervision sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, preferably in an ABI setting.
• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Strong commitment to enhancing quality of life for people you support.

Required skills

• Knowledge of acquired brain injury care.
• Ability to manage medication and financial support processes.
