Senior Systems Pensions Calculation Analyst

About the role

The Senior Systems Pensions Calculation Analyst will join the Calculations & Benefits Team to deliver market‑leading pension calculation solutions. Working within a hybrid model, the role supports the Pensions Administration business across multiple UK offices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver calculation work for pension administration systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise processes and system utilisation.
• Prioritise work and resources with the BAU admin team.
• Lead coding and configuration of admin platforms, ensuring consistent delivery.
• Develop and implement optimised solutions to reduce maintenance overhead.
• Support design and implementation of calculation processes and governance documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering calculation solutions in pension admin environments.
• Strong knowledge of DB/DC pension schemes and their calculation requirements.
• Experience managing stakeholders, work prioritisation, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational abilities.
