Senior Talent Partner

About the role

As a Senior Talent Partner at CreateFuture, you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technology, consulting, digital and business‑operations roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and deliver a candidate‑first experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of senior and specialist positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing plans.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and referrals.
• Craft compelling job adverts and targeted outreach campaigns to attract diverse talent.
• Utilise recruitment systems, hiring data and market insights to track progress and improve hiring effectiveness.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers and support onboarding in partnership with People Operations.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or agency hiring, preferably within technology, digital, consulting or professional services.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, building trusted relationships quickly.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing ideas and supporting others.
• Passionate about delivering an inclusive, high‑quality candidate experience.
