About the role
A fast‑growing advisory firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to work directly alongside a Tax Partner in London. The role is a true “right‑hand” position, managing a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals and business owners and delivering high‑level advisory services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex advisory projects covering CGT, IHT, residence/domicile and broader tax structuring.
- Review and sign‑off technical tax work.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Contribute to shaping the future of the firm’s tax function.
Required profile
- CTA qualified.
- Strong private‑client tax experience.
- Preference for advisory work over pure compliance.
- Desire for exposure to partners and decision‑making.
- Ready for an entrepreneurial environment.
Required skills
- Capital Gains Tax (CGT) expertise.
- Inheritance Tax (IHT) expertise.
- Residence/Domicile tax planning knowledge.
