Senior Transfer Administrator

About the role

The Senior Transfer Administrator will join the Member Services team at the Pension Protection Fund, supporting the onboarding of eligible pension schemes and ensuring accurate data handling throughout the transfer lifecycle. This hybrid role combines detailed data analysis with stakeholder coordination to safeguard members' benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, validate and process incoming scheme and member data for transfers.
• Maintain data quality, reconcile records and manage associated risks.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clean, complete data.
• Resolve complex, non‑standard data issues and support bespoke projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Member Services.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with internal and external parties.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Data management systems knowledge.
